Strength & Boxing Term Classes
Stingrays
Kickboxing and MMA Classes for 5-16 yrs. A truly unique, safe class with friendly specialist instructors. No body-contact, skills and fitness class using boxing bags and hand mitts and pads. For all levels.
Benefits include: body-mind connection, coordination, strength, self-defence, body-confidence, footwork, stamina, razor-shape focus and concentration.​
TRX
This suspension class is the fastest and most effective body weight workout at our studio. For 9 - 15 yrs, TRX if low-impact on growing joints, this class will enhance strength, posture, core power and mobility. Great to enhance sports performance. Small and supportive for any level. Led by passionate, qualified coaches.
