Mums and Bubs Barre tone and stretch, (Tuesdays, Atrium studio.2.), and TRX fitness, (Friday, Loft studio.1.), are safe post-pregnancy exercise classes which you can bring babies too, but still have mum time! These classes are taught by Soulsprite Head Coach, Founder and mum of three. Barre has elements of pilates, stretching, pelvic floor work and ballet postural strength training, you’ll definitely feel the burn! TRX strengthens your body, adds some cardio elements and tones the mid-area. Classes help you get back to pre-pregnancy shape without any baseline fitness required.
Bring your baby in a car seat or capsule to the cooking school entrance off Victoria Road (corridor by Vic Road Kitchen and Subway). Prams can be parked inside the school for both classes, but only baby capsules up the stairs for TRX please. Bring a water bottle, comfortable workout gear and something for baby to lie on or in. All welcome!
