Self taught and family taught cook and spice aficionado Sadhana Natalikhan will be teaching a wonderful range of dishes from various parts of India. Look forward to a 2 ½ hour experience creating cooling dishes using ingredients such as coconut, mint, limes, traditional green vegetables, yoghurt and fish together with an array of fresh, authentic spices.
