Healthy skills for life

Does your family wish-list include; teaching your loved ones cooking skills using ‘real food’ nutrition, eventuating in independent adults who can contribute and manage their own health.  If so, our classes are right up your alley!

Pack your baking tin full of treats for the week – but don’t stress, they’re all nutritious and good for the whole family. Students learn basic skills as well as chef tricks and how to make something yum, (and maybe even artful), without added rubbish.

Fridays (10 – 16 years)

Price: $20. Limited to 10 students/class. Part-term bookings available, where space. Please ask!

A perfect class for aspiring chefs. Classes focus on teamwork, skills education and move toward more independent skills like calculating measurements, knife skills, adapting recipes, cooking-times, and, yup, they get to eat and connect together in our dining room.

When: Mondays & Wednesdays, 4.15 – 5.30 pm (7 – 10yrs).  Tween/teens Friday evenings.

Price: $20. Limited to 10 students per class. Part-term bookings available, where space, please ask.

Soulsprite Cooking School welcomes home-school students, in-house school programmes or trip-day visits, special needs groups and holiday programmes of 10 – 40 students. Activities are customised to your learning outcomes, from skills-based cooking, fun kitchen science workshops, healthy food education, self-defence, TRX fitness sessions, and biology & physiology talks for a truly unique experience!
