TRX Suspension

An effective workout in 30 minutes. TRX classes will leave you with a post-workout high like no other! Strengthen your whole body, fast. Suspension trainng is low-impact, perfect for rehab. Beginner, Int, Adv, Elite, Mums & Bubs, Seniors levels.

Rookie to Rocky!

The best cardio in town. Our old-skool basement studio is complete hanging bags, mitts & circuit equipment so you can fire-up your metabolic system & combat stress. No real fighters, only workout warriors train here.

Barre fitness ticks all the best workout boxes, pilates toning, bum, thighs & abs, yoga stretch & dancers posture work, pelvic floor strengthening, sweaty fat-burn & fun equipment; become addicted to the noticeable benefits!

PRIVATE TRAINING

Hire a coach

Whatever your reason, confidence, injury, fast-tracking results, we’ll book a whole studio for your privacy. For a 15 min consult $20, Regular/Shared/Family 30-min session $65. Newbie 4 x package $250 (1 sessions), $420 (2 sessions).
