T.R.X. sessions are half-hour classes specialising in working every part of your body using Suspension Bands, Bodyweight exercises, and much more. Besides your full body workout, we explain to you the principles behind the training. A huge benefit of these classes is that you'll be instructed personally in a small group setting of only 10 people. Levels are gentle, beginner, int, adv, elite. Unlike exercise machines, TRX Suspension Bands incorporate your core in every exercise making you less prone to injuries and simultaneously will increase your strength and body-balance.
We pay a lot of attention to your individual goals and limitations to make sure you get the best possible workout.. All levels and ages are welcome!
PILATES are forty-five minute sessions. Basic Pilates principals will be introduced including how to breathe with your diaphragm, pelvic floor contraction, spinal articulation and body awareness. From there we will begin to challenge ourselves with stronger positions at a pace that suits each individual.
Each exercise allows you to maximize your level in each class for constant progress. Classes focus on improved flexibility, strength and mobility using the harmonics and fluid movements closely related to breathing.

Classes range in price from $18.50/class once a week, $16.50/class if training twice a week, $14.00 a session if you train three times a week when you book in for the term. Casual sessions are $25.00. First class FREE.
